What is the recruitment process?

We are proud of our intensive 5 stage recruitment process.

  1. CV received and reviewed. If successful, first interview scheduled.
  2. First round interview with Team Leader and General Manager, focusing on work history and relevant skills.
  3. Second round interview relevant staff members and General Manager, focusing on personality, development and cultural fit with Liston Landers.
  4. Final round interview with all Directors, focusing on ambition, career aspiration and goals.
  5. Consensus decision made and candidate notified.
